Judi passed away on June 17, 2025 after a 26 year battled with brain cancer. Judi was born in Hudson, WI on July 30, 1946. After graduating from Hudson High School Judi obtained a BS in Social Work and a Masters in Psychology from UW-River Falls. Judi worked as a social worker, school psychologist and finished her career as the Director of Special Education Services for the South St. Paul School District. Judi was a voracious reader, loved travel (particularly annual trips to Mexico), spending time at the lake with family and friends and loved to golf (earning two club championships). She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Gary Cameron and sister Susie Cameron. She is survived by her loving wife and partner of 31 years Lee Ann Hartert, brother Richard (Beatrice) Cameron, sister Kay Zilz, sisters in law Laurie Cameron, Kimberly Hartert and brothers in law Jim Hartert (Luci) and Steve Hartert. She is also survived by a large family of nieces, nephews and dear friends, all lucky enough to have been loved by her. Judi will be remembered for her humor, her generous and caring nature, her intellect and her feisty personality. A private service will be held at a later date.
