Nancy Lee (Jentoft) McIsaac, 87, of Brooklyn Park, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
She was born in Duluth on January 29, 1938, to Audrey and Raymond Jentoft.
Nancy will be deeply missed by her loving and devoted husband of 67 years, Dennis; sons, Mark, Kirk (Susan) and Mike (Tammy); and grandson, Jacob. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Nancy Peters; brother-in-law, Kim McIsaac and many other relatives and friends.
She was a 1956 graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth. In 1958, Nancy and Dennis were united in marriage, and together they moved to Brooklyn Park in 1967, where they raised their family.
Nancy and Dennis shared a love for dancing, spending countless evenings twirling around dance floors over the years. She loved hosting parties and gatherings; they took many fun vacations and trips with friends, and she enjoyed bowling in leagues for over 40 years.
Nancy especially treasured spending time at the cabin they built on Pequaywan Lake in Duluth. She, Dennis and the family spent countless summer weekends at the lake, making memories that will be forever cherished by her family. She especially enjoyed pontoon rides around the lake. It didn’t matter how many times Dennis drove the boat around, being on the water never got old for Nancy, especially when family and friends were on board. She also enjoyed visiting around the bonfire, playing horseshoes, bean bags, and games around the kitchen table.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the compassionate caregivers from St. Croix Hospice, especially Ashley and Flo, for their support and kindness.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Nancy’s memory, with details to be shared soon. Private interment will take place at Sunrise Memorial Park in Duluth.
