Young, Howard of Shorewood, MN – died June 6, 2025, at age 96.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn.  He is survived by his children, Mark (Ann) Young, and Ann Young; grandchildren Tyler Young, and Kristen Young; many nieces and nephews; and loads of friends.  Special thanks to the staff of the Park Nicolett Memorial Hospital Hospice and Shema Homecare for their outstanding care.  We know many of you loved Howie and would like to celebrate his life.  At his request, there is to be no memorial service, just a private interment at Fort Snelling of his and Marilyn’s ashes.  If you would like to make a donation in his name, please consider the Animal Humane Society – Golden Valley or Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Hospice.
