Dear Jim and Family, Larry and Mickey were my neighbors on Cotswold Drive, and he and I served on the HOA board together. Tonight some neighbors gathered for a Christmas celebration, and we spoke of Larry, wondering how he has gotten on. I know I speak for all of us here that he was delightful and we surely miss him. I'm sorry to hear he has passed, though I'm certain he relished being reunited with Mickey. I remember after she passed, he told me he wanted to continue living in our neighborhood and not a seniors-only community because he loved being among families and people of all ages and stages of life. Dear Jim and Cole, I was deeply moved to hear your father passed after suffering with dementia. My 91 year old Mom is going through the same illness so aI can appreciate your families struggle. Larry and Micki were like local parents for Michelle and me on Cotswald Drive in Orlando, and we loved them both.

My grandparents were very dear friends with Mickey and Larry, so I met them when I was young while my family vacationed to Florida all the way from NE. We had so much fun swimming in their pool and eating the delicious food prepared by Mickey. Many years later, I did the Disney College program. Whenever I was homesick, Larry was just a phone call away. He would pick me up and take me out to dinner and the grocery store and whatever else I needed. He had the biggest heart for people.

My sympathies to you! Larry resided at Arbor Lakes Senior Living, where my mother currently lives. I enjoyed seeing Larry in church each Sunday, at events and passing in the hallways. He always had a bright smile for me and a sweet flirty comment. I just adored and will never forget him. Lisa Wisti Schutte & Inez Wisti too
