Mary G. Rairdin passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, at United hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mary lived a life characterized by her devotion to her family Mary was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 20, 1943 to Patricia Cavanaugh Moran (Clarence) and Michael W. Rigelhof. She had three siblings Michael Rigelhof, Madeline Fraunfelter (Gene) who preceded her in death and Joseph Moran (Marian deceased) who remains to honor her death. Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, family and friends whom she loved dearly. Mary met R. Michael (Mike) Rairdin the love of her life and married in 1966. Their marriage was true partnership and mutual adoration, spanning 59 incredible years. Together, they created a family filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Mary's legacy lives on through her beloved husband, Mike, and her loving children: Tami Johnson (Jerry), Michele Krynski (Brett), and Michael Sean Rairdin (Lisa), her beautiful grandchildren Alicia Hidalgo, Kyle Krynski, Alex Hidalgo (Victoria), Erica Krynski (Alex), Ali Ruminsky (Dan) and great grandchildren Lyra, Sawyer and Kyler. Known for her green thumb, Mary's gardens were a testament to her nurturing spirit, always perfect and beautiful. She loved traveling with her family. She had a special bond with her sister Maddy and shared the love of antique shopping and leisurely lunches. Mary's culinary passion was only matched by her love for family gatherings. Her home, transformed into a winter wonderland each Christmas and became a place of warmth, joy and tradition.
Mary's presence at her grandchildren's activities was a constant, her cheers echoing on the sidelines of skating rinks, sporting events and performing arts centers. As we bid farewell to Mary, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart that loved without bounds. Mary will live on in the hearts and memories of her adoring family and all who loved her. A Celebration for Life will be shared at a later date.
