John Carl Sherer

May 31, 1955 – May 11, 2025

John passed away surrounded by family, after suffering a stroke on April 16, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Carl, Mother, Irene, Brother, Donovan and Grandson, Maxwell.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jodie, Sons, Johnathan (Erin) and Samuel, Sister, Elizabeth and Granddaughters, Sophie, Teagan and Stevie, and many other extended family members.

John will be greatly missed for his kind heart, quick wit and willingness to help anyone out. He loved to cook and share his creations. He also had a passion for classic rock, motorcycles and old cars.

A final “Clean Out the Freezer” BBQ is being planned in his honor later this summer. Date and time to be determined.
