WATKINS, Paul R., age 85, of Champlin, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on May 7, 2025.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Roderick and Gladys Watkins (Anderson).  He will be deeply missed by his wife of 60 years, Barbara (Sawyer); children, Andrea Melnarik (Chris), Alex Watkins (Sherri); grandchildren, Marcus, Maxwell (Molly), Alex (Allie), Lila, Ryan, Joey; sister, Ruth Fell (Don); many other relatives and good friends.  Per his wishes, private family services.
