Obituary of Kirby Kyle Schwarzkopf

SCHWARZKOPF, Kirby K., age 67, of Brooklyn Park, passed away on April 29, 2025.  Devoted son, husband, father and grandfather.  He was driving his granddaughter to Story Time at the Roseville Library and they were hit in a motor vehicle collision. She survived as a result of his final act of love, securing her in her car seat. 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Katie; parents, Roy and Betty Schwarzkopf; nephew, Bobby.  He will be deeply missed by his children, Sarah Brenholt (Tom), John Schwarzkopf (Christine); granddaughters, Lucy, Dinah, Josie; siblings, Wendy, Cory (Margie); nephew, Tom (Sarah), niece, Melanie (Jonathan); many relatives and good friends. Kirby's family was the center of his life. He devoted his life and service to his family. Per his wishes, private family services.  In lieu of flowers, please donate in his memory to
