William "Billy" Thomas Kendall

71 of Glenwood, Minnesota passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota after succumbing to a long battle with COPD. Bill was born May 6, 1953 in Pontiac, Michigan. Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marcene Kendall; his father, Dalton Weston Kendall; mother, Juanita Nolan; son, Aaron Joel Boersema; brothers: Randall Lee Nolan, Bryan Ray Kendall and Paul Ray Kendall; sister, Gloria Jean Brocton; nephews, Jeremy Edwards, Nathen Nolan and James Kendall. He is survived by sons, Michael (Carrie) Boersema of Oxford, Michigan, William (Kristi) Boersema of Rochell, Georgia and Daniel Kendall of Broken Arrow, Arizona; daughters, Crystal Kendall of Lansing, Michigan; step-daughters, Paula (Brad) Kettering of Starbuck, Minnesota, Christine (Jeff) Grays of Mayer, Arizona, Valerie (Jim) Valeri of Buhl, Minnesota, Raquel Malvick (Blake Westrum) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota;  brother,  Ronald Kendall of Roanoke, Virginia; sisters, Kathy Edwards of Clinchco, Virginia, Linda Grover of Marquette, Michigan, Karen (Donavan Mullins) of Bartlick, Virginia and Tamera (Joe) Smith of Birchhleaf, Virginia; 21 grandchildren and 22 great- grandchildren. Bill was an avid musician and singer. He loved being on stage. His strong belief in God and love for his family was clear to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
