Beverly Ann Sandbaken, age 90, of Minneapolis, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 8, 2025. She was born on August 23, 1934 in Minneapolis, the daughter of the late Thomas and Aurelia Woods.

Bev was married to the late Gordon O. Sandbaken on February 16, 1951 and worked for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, retiring in 1992.

Bev is survived by three children Mark (Irene), Carrie and Paul; her granddaughters Kia, Brynja and Shanon; sister Debbie Kunde (Rich) and brothers Gary Woods (Tina), Dick Woods, Bob Woods (the late Diane) and the late Thomas Woods.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101, Maple Grove, MN on Friday, February 28th. Visitation is at 10am followed by the service at 11am.  Lunch will be served afterwards.

Memorial preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
