I can't find the words to express how sorry I am for your loss. Your husbands/father's/ grandfathers legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire us all.
So many wonderful memories of uncle Jack. He was so kind, loving and fun he could be so much fun. But don´t get me wrong he could get cross with you too and you would sure know it. Like a big old teddy bear, rough on the outside and soft on the inside. He was the best uncle. He attempted to teach me to water ski once.... ohhh the patience that took and after countless tries I finally got up. Well he didn´t give up on me ! We had so many great visits up at Big Sandy nice boat ride maybe a couple of steaks or a pot roast played cards and lot´s of laughs. He always had me try something out of his garden (he was pretty proud of his garden) and I tell ya he would grow the most delicious tomatoes. While writing this I find myself smiling because of all the wonderful happy memories I have of him and when I see him, I see him doing his little dans he always use to do and when I hear him I hear his so often said ´well gad dammit'
So while it saddens me dearly that he is gone, I am also so grateful for all of the happy memories of Uncle Jack.
