Katherine Forslin was born on March 12th, 1951 to Mavis Anderson (nee Christianson) and Vernon Anderson in Moorehead, Minnesota. She departed the earth on December 15th, 2024 at the age of 73. She was a resident of Northeast Minneapolis. She was a devoted employee at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. She enjoyed reading, watching TV, and collecting beautiful stones, rocks, and geodes. She is preceded in death by her mother Mavis, her father Vernon, and her brother Jerry. She leaves behind her daughters Kelly Forslin of Minneapolis, MN and Lynn Mershon (Forslin) of Aurora, MN; brother Terry Anderson; sister Wendy Beers; granddaughters Amanda Steen and Kaitlyn Forslin Roslin; great granddaughter Olivia; great grandson Ayden; and special friend Robert Harper. Katherine will be greatly missed for her loving and caring nature and willingness to serve those in need.
