I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Carol at the Maplewood Police Department for a number of years prior to her retirement. Carol was so very kind, friendly, and helpful, I did not want to see her retire from the department. She was a blessing to the police department as I’m sure she was to her family and friends.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family as you grieve Carol’s loss.

My sympathies to the family for your loss of your mother. I had the honor of working with your mother at the Maplewood Police Department and I was impressed with her drive, determination and dedication to detail. She was an excellent employee for the city and I knew she would always get the job done. She would share stories about her husband and family and her love for them whenever people would ask. After retirement I lost track of her but always retained my respect for what an outstanding woman she was. My condolences to the family and regrets that I wasn’t able to attend the funeral.

I have such fond memories of your parents. Lots of laughter. Sending my condolences to your entire family. I will not be able to make it, but my mom will be there. Carol’s friendship was one that she has treasured.

Oh yes, Auntie Carol loved it when there was laughter in the room. She encouraged the giggles and smiles and I looked forward to that! Even at her sister Ruth's memorial, she had us laughing with stories about being my mom's little sister. Wonderful memories of happy times, Auntie Carol! Hugs!!!!!! Dee
