Age 67 of Minneapolis passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2024. Graduate of Washburn H.S. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family. Billy loved his grandkids. Billy's kindness, humor, and unwavering support for those he loved will never be forgotton. Preceded in death by parents, Darrell and LaVonne. He will be greatly missed by many. Survived by his children, Kari (David) Martin and Derek (Shayna) Ranum and their mother, Becky Ranum; grandchildren, Meghan, Nathan and Birdie; siblings, Jack (Deb) Ranum, Danny Ranum and Judy (Lynn Fredericksen) Ranum; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A family gathering will be held at a later date.
