Obituary of Judi Solmonson

Judi Solmonson passed away surrounded by family and friends on November 23, 2024, at the age of 78 years. Preceded in death by her son, Darrel Charles Oehrlein Jr., mother, Olga Solmonson and three brothers. Survived by children, Dannel (Tom) Friel, Thor (Jennie) Oehrlein and Kirk Solmonson, grandchildren, Jeremy, Sean, Alaina, Alison, Christian, Lexi, Torrie, Kayla and Ariella, great-grandchildren, Sienna, Owen and Vera, niece, Dawn Solmonson and nephew, Doug (Linda) Solmonson as well as many other loving family and friends. Her independent spirit was truly inspiring, always seeking new adventures. She approached life with a generosity and warmth that touched everyone she met. Her strength reminds us to face challenges with courage and determination. The legacy she leaves behind is one of kindness, resilience, and an unwavering faith in God. We will strive to honor her memory in all that we do. A Funeral Service will be held December 2, at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church 1669 Arcade St, St Paul, MN 55106.  Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:00 am, with the service to follow at 11:00 am.  Lunch will be provided after the service.  In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Helpingpaws.org.
