William Rindahl

Obituary of William Clayton Rindahl

“Will” 37, died peacefully at his home in Duluth March 19, 2021 after a long battle with heart problems.

Will attended Denfeld High School and then Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. He became an excellent chef, preparing everything from fish on a stick over the campfire to gourmet meals at local restaurants. He eventually changed professions to work for a property mgt. company fixing and repairing things which was another passion of his. Even in the restaurant business he was always repairing something in the kitchen.

Will loved Nature and the Outdoors. He was always trying to save one of “God’s little creatures” that was in trouble. One of his favorite places was the family cabin North of Grand Marais. He loved to fish and would get the biggest smile whenever he caught one, even a small one. When he flashed that big beautiful smile your way it would make you feel warm inside and it was contagious!

Will was preceded in death by his loving Grandparents Harley & Vi and Hub & Ella Z., Special Aunt Sandy, and Uncle Wally.

He is survived by his Fiancé Gina, Daughter Milla, Son Nolan, Parents Clayton & Jean, Sister April (Chris) and their Children Violet, Rocky, Skyla and Izabella, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great Friends and his dog Shaya.

Will requested a small gathering of close friends and family at the Cabin at a later date.

A Memorial Tree was planted for William
