Obituary of Georgianna Ruth White

Georgianna Ruth White, age 85, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at St. Ann’s Residence in Duluth.  She was born on April 7, 1935 in Columbus, Ohio to Emerson Wagstaff and Jewell (Dickey).   

She married Robert White in Los Angeles, CA in 1987.  She worked in the concessions at the Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles and was a bank teller and secretary; retiring in 1986.  She delivered Meals on Wheels at Greysolon Plaza, was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Duluth, and was a volunteer at a mission church on 1st Street some years back.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert White of Duluth & CA; older siblings, her sister, Jane and brother, Kenneth. 

Georgianna is survived by her daughters, Dee Ann Nelson of Azle, TX and Deborah Card of Costa Mesa, CA; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren of TX and CA; her niece, Michelle and grandnieces in CA.   

Memorial Service for Georgianna will be held after April 15th in Washburn, WI.  Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Washburn, WI.  Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Minnesota Duluth.
