I met Nancy (otherwise known to me as Andrea's Mom) when I was ten years old. As a kid, I am sure I had no idea what Nancy, the person, was about. But as the years passed (48!) and I became an adult I found so many things about "Andrea's Mom" not just interesting but impressive. She and Vik were always traveling to new places, meeting new people, and trying new things. From biking trips to dragon boat races and winters in Mexico. The model she showed for life after the kids leave home is one I aspire to. In my memory, the Wilson home was full of books, discussions, and usually a dog or two. In my memory, the Wilson's Mom will always be an inspiration.
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, grandmother, and wife. I am so happy I had all of these years to get to know her.
Love to you all,
Barbara Nelsen
