Obituary of Dante Lemon

Dante Lavonna Lemon, 22, passed away on January 25, 2021. She is survived by her father, Michael (Elizabeth) Lemon; siblings Devon (Quinn Blackburn), Jackson, Lyricka, Jayvyn, and Wayne; grandparents Thomas and Debra Lemon, Rock Sr. and Mona King; great-grandparents Beatrice “B” Diaz; aunts and uncles Claire (Josh) Jarchow, Joseph (Adela) Lemon, Toni (Danny) Perez, and Rock Jr. (Misty) King; and cousins Lincoln and Hudson Jarchow, Danny, Catalina, Benecia and Mona Rosa Perez and many loved ones in the Anez and Hood family.  She is preceded in death by her mother Kari King-Ouoba; great-grandparents James and Dolores Lemon, Gerald “Bud” and Karleen Gerth, and Nate Diaz.

Dante’s loving personality and caring spirit resonated with everyone she encountered.  She will continue to live on when we remember her infectious smile, the sound of her laughter, her deep love for her family and friends, and those precious little moments we shared with her individually as well as those we shared as a family.  Always willing to lend a hand, she will be remembered as the rock of her family, keeping everyone together and on track.  We take comfort knowing she is without pain now and is resting in God’s arms, reunited with her momma.
