Obituary of Violet Martha (Rinta) Redetzke

Violet Martha (Rinta) Redetzke, of Lakeville, MN, formerly of Tamarack & Bloomington, MN went to be an angel on November 5, 2018 at the age of 88 surrounded by family. Known for her love of the color purple, Violet always had an infectious smile and a sparkle in her eye. She is preceded in death by her husband, Orville Redetzke; sister, Ella Nordmeier; and her parents, Oscar and Hilda (Oja) Rinta. Violet is fondly remembered by her four children, Randy (Mary) Redetzke, Darren (Pam) Redetzke, Shelley Sweere and Robert Redetzke; and nine grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted on November 17 1 p.m. at Round Lake Presbyterian Church, 16652 Goshawk St. (Co. Rd. 6) McGregor, MN 55760 followed by a private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
