Obituary of Duane W Thompson

Duane W Thompson passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014. He was born in Duluth July 24, 1946, to Gladys and Warren Thompson. Duane graduated from Central High School and the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He retired from the Lakewood Fire Dept., and United Health Care. Duane is survived by Jan Davidson; sons, Chris (Sue) and Phil (Becky); grandsons, Aiden, Keaton and Maddox; brother and favorite golf partner, Gary (Kathy) of Duluth and sister, Jan (Dave) of Marshfield, Wis.; nieces, Nicole (Chris), Anja and Elizabeth, extended family members. Gathering of Family and Friends: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, November 22 at Ridgeview Country Club, 700 W. Redwing Street, Duluth. Memorials preferred to the Lakewood Volunteer Fire Department or the Lakepark Little League. Happy Golfing!
