Obituary of Betty Jean Stromdahl

She graduated from Denfeld High School in 1941. On May 9, 1942, Betty married Edward L. Stromdahl. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Edward in 2005; her parents Clarence and Florence; brother Clarence, and son Mark. She is survived by her children, Cassie Stocke, Minneapolis, Terry (Mary) Stromdahl, Duluth, Pam (Dudley) Carlson, Duluth, Jay (Cheryl) Stromdahl, Ocean Shores, Wash., Carol (Steve) Johnson, Minneapolis, Susan Stromdahl, Minneapolis, and Brian Stromdahl, Minneapolis; sister Joan Duff, Duluth; brother Doug (Mavis) Olson, Aitkin, Minn., sister-in-law Shirley Olson, Duluth; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Betty's family would like to extend a special thanks to View Crest Health Care and Solvay Hospice House. At Betty's request, a private family service will be held. The burial will be at Fort Snelling.
