Obituary of Joseph Verjovksy

Verjovsky, Joseph February 26, 1933 - Dec. 26, 2014 Joseph "Jose" Verjovsky was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the beloved son of the late Maier and Maria Verjovsky. He was preceded in death by his first wife Magna (Dita) Verjovsky, his brother, Angel Verjovsky, his brother-in-law, Ellard Briesemeister, and grandson, Jonathan Boman. Joseph is survived by his wife, Sharon Ruth Verjovsky, and his children, Dr. Abraham Verjovsky (Heather), Ruben Rom (Gaby), Dr. Eldad Rom (Talmor), Nitzan Harel (Tzahik), and Esti Tier-Sall (Sherman), his brother, Bernardo Verjovsky, 5 grandsons, 10 grand-daughters, 1 great-granddaughter, 2 nieces. He was also loved and will be missed by Sharon's family, daughter Kaye Peloquin (Jim), and 2 grandsons, sisters and brothers, Barb and Larry Huttel, Karen Briesemeister, Deb and Frank Mazzocco, 3 nieces, and 4 nephews. Joseph was proud of his Jewish roots and of being a citizen of three different countries. After leaving Argentina with his family, he lived in Israel for 23 years, immigrating to America in 1993 with a green card and going to work as soon as his feet touched the ground. His first job was in his son's medical practice, and later for StuartCo., where he worked for 10 years as a Certified Maintenance Technician. Joseph was blessed with golden hands, and a keen mind. His life story was interesting and he loved to talk about it to whoever would listen! A private memorial service will be held in January. Laila Tov, my sweetheart, I will meet you at the rainbow.
