Woody was our scoutmaster at troop 113 in Bayport, MN. He was a great leader and role model for a whole generation of boys. I remember one year at Tomahawk Scout Camp where our troop built a catapult to launch water balloons and he and the other leaders sat in lawn chairs while we tried to hit them. The catapult started falling apart and we rushed them with the water balloons. As always he was a good sport. He passed his love of the outdoors and many good memories to me and to so many others whose lives he touched. He will be missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Woody.
